As an Implementation Specialist at Moonly, you are a socially skilled process thinker with a background in IT, Business, or Process Optimization. You analyze client workflows, advise on practical improvements, and translate these insights into concrete solutions, often including configuration work with no/low-code tools (such as n8n automations).

In this hybrid role, you'll combine consultancy, implementation, customer success, and project management: you guide projects from start to finish. While deep technical expertise isn't required, it's important that you understand the basic principles of software development. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, in writing and speaking, and know how to communicate effectively with team members, clients and stakeholders
• You can sense when to communicate in a formal way en when an informal approach is better
• You understand how important it is to keep track of planning and budget, and you know how to anticipate changes
• You are bursting with energy, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness, are reliable and stand firmly in your shoes
• You have affinity with AI, use it daily to work smarter, and like to stay up-to-date with new tools and developments
• You are familiar with n8n and other no/low-code tools, and are curious about how you can use these to automate processes and optimize client solutions
• Basic knowledge of programming, system architectures, API principles, and computers is a plus; you don't need to be an expert, but you have an interest in and grasp of the foundational concepts
• Basic understanding of Agile working and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
