In 2024, EuroParcs fully embraced digital innovation. They migrated to Booking Experts (BEX), the all-in-one reservation management and content management platform. They also opted for Trengo, the multichannel service platform, to improve communication with guests and owners. The next challenge was to seamlessly connect these systems to further align communication and processes and enhance the guest experience.
With more than 50 resorts and thousands of communication channels, EuroParcs faced the challenge of maintaining consistency and efficiency. Within just a few weeks, the integration went live and now supports thousands of interactions daily. The result is that each park is more accessible, staff work faster, and guests and owners get the right information immediately - precisely when they need it.
