With over 50 locations in the Benelux and Austria, 14,000 holiday homes, and a network of 10,000 collaborating owners and investors, EuroParcs welcomes more than 800,000 guests annually. Hospitality is central to this organization, combined with continuous innovation and technological advancements.

In 2024, EuroParcs fully embraced digital innovation. They migrated to Booking Experts (BEX), the all-in-one reservation management and content management platform. They also opted for Trengo, the multichannel service platform, to improve communication with guests and owners. The next challenge was to seamlessly connect these systems to further align communication and processes and enhance the guest experience.

The challenge of EuroParcs

With more than 50 resorts and thousands of communication channels, EuroParcs faced the challenge of maintaining consistency and efficiency. How could they integrate operational processes, reservation management, and customer communication so that staff could respond faster, guests received immediate responses, and communication remained clear and manageable?

Without a smart integration, they faced limitations: manual workflows, slow and fragmented communication, and a lack of overview. They aimed to strengthen the digital core of their organization by creating genuine connection between reservations, communication, and customer inquiries.

Integration between Trengo and Booking Experts

Together with EuroParcs, we realized this ambition. As digital copilots, we developed and hosted a smart and stable connection between Booking Experts and Trengo. We started with an in-depth analysis of needs and workflows, then built a custom API integration that exchanges real-time data and streamlines communication.

Within just a few weeks, the integration went live and now supports thousands of interactions daily. The result is that each park is more accessible, staff work faster, and guests and owners get the right information immediately - precisely when they need it.
