Are you looking for an internship where your work genuinely matters? At Moonly, you’ll explore a challenge within our organisation.

You’ll have the freedom to set up your assignment independently, explore the possibilities and turn your findings into a well-founded recommendation, plan or practical solution. That’s why we’re looking for an Account Manager intern who is curious, takes initiative and wants to be part of a team that delivers quality work together.

You’re interested in account management and digital solutions, and curious about working on real client challenges at a software company. You’re comfortable asking questions, like contributing ideas and see mistakes as something to learn from. This internship is also a chance to discover what you’d like to do next. • You communicate effectively in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
• You know when a formal or informal tone fits.
• You consider what the client needs, while also looking at what makes business sense for both the client and Moonly. You use that understanding to make decisions and give advice.
• You see the value of strong client relationships and are happy to invest time in them.
• You turn client needs into feasible ideas and explain them clearly to the development team.
• Client relationships matter to you. You pay attention to what clients want and need, and respond accordingly.
• You bring energy, enthusiasm and persuasive skills. You’re reliable and can stand your ground.

We want you to get as much as possible out of your internship. That’s why you’ll get good guidance, clear expectations and room to develop.

You’ll have a dedicated internship supervisor you can turn to with questions about your assignment, planning and development. You’ll also work with experienced colleagues who will help you think through your approach and possible solutions.

Every two weeks, we’ll set aside time to discuss how things are going, what you’re running into and what steps will help move your assignment forward.

You’ll also get:

• An internship allowance of €500 gross per month.
• Working hours from 09:30 to 17:00.
