Once everyone has a fresh cup of coffee or tea, we kick off Mondays with a team stand-up to discuss the week ahead and make sure everyone is up to speed. You will get started on your school project, which we will decide together. We believe your project should become a real end product that is actually useful for Moonly or even our clients, not something that ends up forgotten on a shelf. On Fridays, it is time for a well-deserved fries lunch, and we finish the day a bit early for a round of ping pong or darts with a drink in hand.
It is not easy to define a concrete assignment at this stage, since we want your research to be truly valuable to us. That's why we'll work together to see which clients you find interesting and link your internship project to them. This way, you get to do something you enjoy, and we can truly make use of your results.

As an implementation specialist at Moonly, you are a socially skilled process thinker with a background in IT, Business, or Project Optimization. You analyze client workflows, advice on practical improvements, and translate these insights into concrete solutions, often including configuration work with no/low-code tools (such as n8n automations).
In this hybrid role, you'll combine consultancy, implementation, customer success, and project management: you guide projects from start to finish. While deep technical expertise isn't required, it's important that you understand the basic principles of software development. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:
Naturally, we’re just as motivated to help you get the most out of your internship. So besides our fun Friday afternoon drinks, where we love to play darts, table football, or just relax on our awesome rooftop terrace, you’ll also get the right support and guidance from us. You’ll be assigned a dedicated internship supervisor to help with any questions. Every two weeks, we’ll also have a meeting to check in on your progress. And let’s not forget:
