Are you looking for a research internship where your technical research genuinely matters? At Moonly, you’ll explore a complex technical challenge within our company or at one of our clients.

You’ll have the freedom to set up your research independently, explore technical possibilities and turn your findings into a well-founded recommendation, design, prototype or proof of concept. Of course, you won’t be doing it alone: you’ll be guided by experienced developers and contribute to questions that matter to the organisation.

That’s why we’re looking for an Implementation Specialist intern who is curious, takes initiative and wants to be part of a team that delivers quality work together.

As an Implementation Specialist at Moonly, you’re a people-oriented process thinker with a background in IT, business or process optimisation. You analyse client processes, recommend practical improvements and turn them into concrete solutions. This often includes configuring solutions with no-code or low-code tools, such as automations in n8n.

This varied role brings together consultancy, implementation, customer success and project management. You guide projects from start to finish. You don’t need in-depth technical knowledge, but you do need to understand the basics of software development.

You also recognise yourself in the following:

• You communicate effectively in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
• You know when a formal or informal tone fits.
• You keep an eye on schedules and budgets and think ahead when things change.
• You bring energy, enthusiasm and persuasive skills. You’re reliable and can stand your ground.
• You’re interested in AI, use it daily to work smarter and like to keep up with new tools and developments.
• You’re familiar with n8n and other no-code or low-code tools, and curious about using them to automate processes and improve solutions for clients.
• Basic knowledge of programming, system structures, API principles and computers is a plus. You don’t need to be an expert, but you’re interested in them and understand the fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of Agile working and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

We want you to get as much as possible out of your internship. That’s why you’ll get good guidance, clear expectations and room to develop.

You’ll have a dedicated internship supervisor you can turn to with questions about your assignment, planning and development. You’ll also work with experienced colleagues who will help you think through your approach and possible solutions.

Every two weeks, we’ll set aside time to discuss how things are going, what you’re running into and what steps will help move your assignment forward.

You’ll also get:
